Returns & Refunds

This page explains when a Munchi order can be returned or refunded. Placeholders in square brackets must be replaced with your actual terms before this page is published.

Food safety and returns

Munchi products are packaged food. For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept the return of a jar that has been opened, unless the product was damaged, defective or incorrect when it reached you.

When we will replace or refund

a jar arrived broken, leaking or damaged in transit
you received a different product from the one you ordered
an item was missing from your order
the product was past its best-before date on arrival
the product was spoiled or defective when opened

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the jar, its label and the outer packaging.

Change of mind

How to raise a request

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within [NUMBER] working days of approval. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by [METHOD — e.g. bank transfer or UPI].

Cancellations

You can cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched by contacting us. Once an order has been handed to the courier it cannot be cancelled, but you can refuse delivery or raise a request under the terms above.

Your rights

Nothing on this page limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, or any other law that applies to you.
